Non Recourse Loan

At CLW, we provide resources for recourse and non-recourse financing for large and small apartment building loans, office, hotel and other commercial property types. A non-recourse loan is secured only by the asset, which could be a multifamily building or office investment building, along with the property's equity. If the borrower fails to repay the loan, the only solution for the lender to recover their investment is by getting the property back.

For these types of loans, minimum amounts begin at $1 million and above. Financing can be secured on many types of property such as multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and hospitality properties with long fixed terms and amortizations.
