Non-Recourse Loan

At CLW, we provide resources for recourse and non-recourse financing for apartment building loans, office, hotel and other commercial property types. A non-recourse loan is secured only by the asset, which could be an apartment building or office investment, along with the property's equity. If the borrower fails to repay the loan the only solution for the lender to recover their investment is by getting the property back.
